In 2021 the World Health Organization (WHO) released a report called 'Devastatingly Pervasive' and detailed that worldwide 1 in 3 women have experienced, are currently experiencing, or will experience physical or sexual abuse during their life. In Canada this statistic is 44%, nearly 1 in 2 women, and it increases when we include sexual minorities.
NO ONE SHOULD ACCEPT THIS
